We are experiencing issues with our lab analyser. This is impacting on the response time of your phenylalanine results. We are working very closely with our engineers to resolve this matter. We are working though a contingency process on a clinical priority basis. We apologise for delays you are experiencing and any distress that this may be causing.
NEWBORN SCREENING IS FUNCTIONING AS NORMAL.
We are working with CHI Management to get this issue resolved as a matter of urgency, along with plans to improve this situation.
