Autumn Meeting ISIMD 2017
The Irish Society for Inherited Metabolic Disorders held its 1st Autumn meeting in October 2017. The new European Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Phenylketonuria was the topic of the meeting. The guest speaker was Prof John Walter. The meeting was open to healthcare professionals, many thanks to all who attended.
ICIEM 2017
Congratulations to the members of the team at the NCIMD who had posters at the recent ICIEM conference in Brazil. A number of posters and an oral presentation were well received at the conference. Topics included PKU, HCU and MCADD. Well done to all involved!
